About Montebello Christian School
Montebello Christian School serves students from preschool through 8th grade.
In 1923, a Christian church was established in Montebello at the corner of South 7th Street and Los Angeles Avenue. Nearly fifty years later, in 1970, Montebello Christian School (MCS) was founded on that same site to serve local families through Christ-centered education.
Today, as a vital ministry of Word Church LA, MCS provides a fully accredited TK–8 education to more than 200 students and has recently expanded to include a much-needed preschool program.

Needed for 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 7th grade classrooms.

Join us for the 3rd Annual MCS Charity Gala on Thursday, May 7, beginning at 6:00 PM in our recently renovated school gymnasium.
This semi-formal evening will include hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and dancing as we gather in support of our students and families.
